As a part of the National Library Complex, the National Library was designed to provide modern and high-tech research and study facilities for the people of St. Vincent & the Grenadines. It consists of Adult and Children Reading & Lending areas, Computer Rooms, Reference Areas, a Conference Room along with Administrative facilities and washrooms.

The re-development of the Arnos Vale Sports Complex for Cricket World Cup 2007 consisted of the construction of a new Double Decker Pavilion, Media Center, Players Pavilion, Administrative Center and supporting infrastructure.
